The Technology for Humanity Competition aims to encourage individuals to combine their sense of social responsibility with technological knowledge and skills to develop innovative projects that benefit society. While designing applicable projects in various fields that impact human life, the primary goals are utility, societal benefit, and convenience.
The TEKNOFEST Technology for Humanity Competition will be held in two separate categories: Disaster Management and Health Technologies.
The Social Innovation Category will only be organized as part of TEKNOFEST TRNC in 2025 and will not be held as part of TEKNOFEST Istanbul. We kindly request you to proceed with your application accordingly.
The competition is open to all middle school, high school, and university students, as well as graduates studying in Türkiye or abroad. Companies or startups at the graduate level may apply as teams. Competitors will be able to participate in teams of maximum 6 members.
The evaluation stages of the competition are as follows;
- Project Preliminary Evaluation Form
- Project Presentation (Semi-Final)
- Prototype and Final Presentation
Templates for the reports to be prepared by the competitors will be announced on the TEKNOFEST website soon.
